COLD CALL

Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Cold Call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Cold Call is

Cold Call is a study aid that generates bar-exam-style practice questions, essays, flashcards, and outlines from material you provide, using Claude (Anthropic's AI model). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by the NCBE, any state bar, or any law school. Track names like "California" or "NextGen UBE" describe the format we're aiming to approximate, not an official or guaranteed match to the real exam.

AI-generated content

Questions, model answers, grading, and outlines are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading — including on points of black-letter law. Nothing in Cold Call is legal advice, and nothing here should be your only source of truth for what the law actually says. Verify anything that matters against your own course materials, a bar-prep course, or primary sources.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up. One account is for one person — don't share login credentials. We cap the number of devices signed in at once; signing in on a new device beyond that limit signs the oldest one out.

Acceptable use

Use Cold Call for your own bar exam study. Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute access to the app or its generated content at scale, don't try to circumvent usage limits or security controls, and don't use the service for anything illegal. We may apply rate limits to keep the service available and affordable for everyone; we'll tell you when you've hit one.

Your content

Material you paste in — your own notes, outlines, or fact patterns — stays yours. By submitting it, you're only granting what's needed to process it through Claude and return a result to you; see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep the parts that get saved to your account (your history and activity log, not everything you type).

No warranty

Cold Call is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind — including accuracy of generated content, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee any outcome on the actual bar exam.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bluepath Software isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cold Call, including reliance on anything it generates.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or triggers our security or usage safeguards. You can stop using Cold Call, or request account deletion, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do; continuing to use Cold Call after a change means you accept it.
